If the product is returned at the convenience of the customer, any shipping fees for the return are to be borne by the customer.

However, we will be responsible for the replacement of any defective products or the delivery of an incorrect product. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during shipment, is defective, or is different from the ordered product, we will bear the return shipping fees.
