Shipping policy

- Your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 5 business days after your order is placed.

- Our products can be shipped to anywhere in Japan by Japan Post.

- Free shipping within Japan. International shipping costs will be calculated automatically upon check out, based on the weight of the items and the country for shipment.

- The purchased items will be delivered to your address in the next 2-10 days after the dispatch if your address is in Japan. International shipping depends on the area you live.

- Delivery of ordered products may be delayed, or may take longer than the ordinarily expected time, due to a natural disaster, war, incident, accident, or depending on the status of customs inspections etc.

- Depending on the country or area to which ordered products are shipped, fees such as customs duties (including but not limited to import tax, value-added tax and customs fees) may need to be paid separately. In such a case, the customer must bear any such additional fees.
